The Chico Project of Greater Washington is still very young. Our staff is made up entirely of volunteers - people like you - who believe in the work enough to do it in their spare time.

Delivering the kits is actually the very last step in a fairly lengthy process. Getting that far means making a lot of phone calls, sending email after email, and, most of the time, scrounging for the funds to purchase this life-saving, yet still quite costly equipment.

Because of the daunting number of departments in the Washington area - all of whom we hope to help eventually - we have an all-but-endless need for people interested in helping out - not only to share the work, but also to share the costs.

If you think you might want to lend us a hand - either by helping us in our regular operations or by putting together a kit to donate on your own, please click here to use our email form to let us know about how you're looking to contribute.

All information will be held completely confidential. Further, neither your name, nor your phone number or email address will ever be released to a third party without your permission and knowledge.

The Chico Project is currently seeking volunteers in Maryland, Virginia and DC.

The Chico Project is currently in need of a logo. If you are a graphic designer and would like to donate your talents, please get in touch.

Fire departments interested in receiving masks should contact the group. All inquiries are welcome.

Your animal related advertisement could be in the space. Please contact the group if interested to discuss how to get started.
